Shipping Areas and Fees
We have multiple warehouses in the United States, Canada, EU, UK, Australia, Japan, etc. Normally, your order will be shipped directly from a warehouse near you. If the warehouse near you is out of stock, we will ship your package directly from China to complete your order.
Item delivery time and shipping cost:
- Depending on the machine, our shipping cost will be adjusted appropriately.
- Delivery time: usually around 15-20 working days (except for special circumstances)
Please note that the machine specifications and inventory quantities of each warehouse are different. Please be sure to check the order details carefully.
- Please consult the operation staff for specific time and shipping costs.
- Delivery time = processing time + transportation time
- Due to policy reasons, we do not support filling in PO box addresses or military addresses.
Delivery and Inspection
Since our printers are high-priced items, please pay close attention to the delivery time. If you cannot arrive at the store during the delivery time, it is recommended that you contact the courier in advance to arrange a suitable delivery time to ensure that you can receive the package smoothly.
Once you (or your agent) receive the goods, Cretbee will regard you as accepting the packaging, quantity and products. In order to protect your rights, we strongly recommend that you record a complete unboxing video. If you find any damage to the packaging, missing goods or damaged products, please contact Cretbee customer service within 24 hours after receiving the package, and we will help you immediately.
Cretbee is not responsible for delayed or rejected orders due to the following reasons:
- Due to transportation to remote areas, transportation time may be delayed by 1-2 days.
- Delays or failure to deliver packages due to the recipient’s behavior. These behaviors include but are not limited to: changing the address after shipment, entering an unknown or incorrect address, entering incorrect contact information, refusing to receive the package, etc.
- Delays caused by force majeure. “Force majeure” refers to objective circumstances and other conditions that cannot be foreseen, avoided or overcome, causing cargo delays, including but not limited to: control or interruption of national or regional air or ground transportation systems (such as weather conditions), communication system interference or failure, government actions, changes in postal administration policies, war, earthquakes, typhoons, floods, fires, heavy rains, fog and other similar events.
- Airline contraband, mobile phones, electronic products, fragile items, and other items that cannot be transported by air due to aviation safety regulations.
- Goods confiscated or disposed of due to violation of transportation regulations.
- During weekends, national holidays, and holidays, mail and packages cannot be delivered to the recipient’s address.
- The consignee’s address is a school, workplace, or residential area that the courier cannot enter.

After the order is shipped, you will receive a notification email with a tracking number. You can click the link to jump to the courier company’s official website to check the delivery status of the package. You can also click “Order Tracking” to fill in your email and order number to request a query, or contact Cretbee customer service for further help.
